Founded in 1967, Original Magoo’s Pizza has become Hawaii’s favorite island-style pizza, subs and salads. Our signature pizza sauce combines a blend of specialty tomatoes with thirteen herbs and spices into the taste that generations have come to love and enjoy. Top with our four-cheese blend on the original vegan cracker crust and it’s broke da mouth!
Our Journey
In 1967, our father, Gilbert Sakaguchi, borrowed $905 from our grandfather Jackson M. Sakaguchi and founded Magoo’s Pizza in Honolulu, Hawaii with its first location at 1980 Kalakaua Avenue in Waikiki. Over the next four decades, you could find Hawaii’s favorite island-style pizza in over 27 locations throughout Hawaii, the West Coast, Philippines and even Dubai!
